A cyber security (*eek I'm a geek*) conversation with a twist: Meet Frank...
Jun 28, 2020... a man on a mission to use technical expertise to provide a first line of defence for the things we all care about. Frank wants to kill cyber security stereotypes (geeks, only middle-aged white men), AND if he could have his way, would kill all bullies too. In his words:
"What toxic bosses do not understand, is that you judge a leader based on how they treat others. Their poor treatment of workers is proof they are poor leaders. I hate all bullies. While I prefer to just pull out my sword ;-) , your book ROAR and a more strategic approach is needed in the workplace. It is awesome you wrote this book."

Two big topics we address are wellbeing in Cyber, and how we build a safer and socially-responsible Cyber sector.
I am particularly excited about 1600 Cyber's Music label (1600 Music) - working with geniuses from the Music industry in the US - they're using music to raise awareness of the challenges and benefits that tech brings to society. They have a special focus on Hip Hop music, as a traditional means to raise awareness, fight injustice and work together to build a better society
I love what Frank said right at the end about his life's ambition:
"I want an entire generation of disadvantaged kids to be a 10 times better engineer, person and philanthropist than I am."
