A few years ago, I had a successful corporate career, as a female executive. However, my success came at an enormous price. I was on the brink of a nervous breakdown - mentally and physically exhausted. My relationships with people closest to me were suffering.
I walked away - one of the most difficult things I have ever done - and along the way, learned a critical lesson: it was possible to have a fulfilling balanced life without sacrificing success.
Today, I am the founder and CEO of ROAR! Coaching and Consulting. ROAR! is how I strive to live my best life every day: on purpose, in my power, with the courage to speak my truth - to face difficult conversations with myself and others head on .
